REMOTE ONE-TO-ONE COUNSELLING

Supporting You Anywhere

This service is a favourite among many clients, especially since the pandemic began. Being able to access a counselling service from your own home, your office or even whilst on the move.

Sessions are taken at your pace and are led by you, the client.

 This service covers a 50 minute phone call.

 I do also offer counselling via email. This is generally at a slower pace than other counselling methods but for some people is the best method for them. I charge per email but promise to always put my full effort into every response, to be expected within 72 hours.

ONE OFF SESSION

Zero Obligation

This service offers a one off session. This can be to discuss an immediate issue you are facing, talk through an emotional challenge you are struggling with and can be used semi-regularly rather than booking weekly/ fortnightly sessions. These sessions are limited and come at a slightly higher cost due to the unpredictable nature and often short notice booking.

LIFE COACHING SESSION

Guidance & Inspiration

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of all situations, we can take control of how we respond to them. These coaching sessions can help you with goal setting, tackling challenges  and encouraging you to continue moving forward on your journey to reach your goal.

Ideal for gaining clarity on immediate life challenges (family fall out, career etcetera), not suited for in depth mental health support.
