WHO AM I?
My name is Bridie and I work privately and remotely from the wonderful Lincolnshire countryside as a qualified counsellor and life coach. I work with individual clients and with organisations to provide confidential support for their staff.
I have worked and volunteered as a counsellor and family support worker for six years now and absolutely love my work. A couple of few ago I also chose to gain a qualification as a life coach to broaden the range of services I could offer to my clients.
I work from a client-centred perspective. This means that the client is in control of their own therapeutic journey. After all, you are the expert on your own experience. I also work in a way where I draw techniques from a range of theoretical orientations depending on your circumstances and what may be most effective and comfortable for you.
Outside of my work with clients I also create digital courses and resources for improving mental health, journal templates based on therapeutic techniques and planner inserts to help you to track your mental health, goals and habits.
